Pricing questions

Read this before you ask.

Why is the pilot free?: We learn faster from real environments than from synthetic ones. In exchange for working alongside us during the pilot, you get hands-on policy design from the founders and the right to keep using what we stand up.
Is the £950 figure firm?: It is the price we currently expect to charge at general availability for a Practice-tier firm running a small portfolio of agents. Pilot participants get pricing certainty for their first contract term once we move to GA.
Can we self-host?: Self-hosted deployments are part of the Firm tier conversation. The architecture supports it; the operational model around it is something we agree per engagement.
What about overage and growth?: Tiers are scoped on the number of agents and the connector surface, not on per-call volume. If you outgrow a tier we'll talk about an upgrade — we will not bill surprises.
